Alienware: advantages and disadvantages

They are an American computer hardware subsidiary of Dell, Inc. Alienware was launched in 1996 and quickly became the gold standard for gaming rigs. Buyers were not only impressed with the smooth performance of the Alienware gaming desktops and laptops, Their hardware is designed majorly for gaming purposes and has changed in appearance over the years. The company's products are best known by their science fiction themed designs.
If you are not into gaming, you won't  appreciate their machines. There's a lot of other computers with the same features or almost, that you can buy for the same price.

Disadvantages

• They are ridiculously overpriced
• Hard-ware problems are mostly very frustrating and strenuous to deal with

Advantages

• Amazing customer service
• It is easy/convenient, instead of doing a buid-it-yourself 
• Alienware laptops feature some of the best adapters available and therefore are able to handle new games, even after several years
